My Style
Clean. Light. Classic
I want your photos to feel just as beautiful 20 years from now as they do today! For that reason, my chosen editing style is true to life in color and light. Yes, I do get a bit crazy when the light is glowy and perfect!
I like the traditional posed shots where everyone is smiling at the camera, but I really love the candid ones where you are having fun together. And so I do my best to get a good mix of the two.

Why I Love What I Do
I love capturing all the fun that families have together. I love preserving memories for you! I love witnessing the love and connection and happy times and photographing families and couples is such a great reminder of the things that are most important. photographing your memories is such an honor and I don’t take it lightly.
It’s not just a picture. It’s an experience.
You might be wondering, why take pictures for a whole hour? Isn’t that excessive? And the answer is no. What do you think of when you think of family pictures? Do you think of a fun time hanging out together and making memories?
Or do you think of it being a stressful time and no one really enjoys it? Well, I’m here to prove to you that you can have lots of fun taking family pictures!!
The reason we will spend an hour together is so that you have time to get comfortable and relaxed so that you can have fun. An hour is long enough that we can get lots of variety, but we also aren’t feeling rushed and stressed. I make sure to capture your whole family with everyone looking at the camera and smiling. But I also really love the fun candid shots where your personalities come out!
Some of my favorite family portraits are the ones where not everyone is smiling perfectly! I love capturing siblings together, mom with the girls, dad with the boys, and other combinations. So this is not a “Smile at the camera for one picture and then we’re done.” This is a time for you and your family to make fun memories together while I capture that for you!
